"Hi Phil," I said shyly. "What are you doing out here so early?"
"I could ask you the same question." He grins.
I giggle. "Touché."
He blushes and reaches to scratch the back of his neck. "In all honesty, I just couldn't sleep." He admits.
I chuckle softly. "Same, that's why I've just been walking around."
He laughs along with me. "Kind of ironic, huh?"
I chuckle once again. Oh Phil, if only you knew just how much irony was in this moment.
