Someone is disrupting the peace in Arkadia. It becomes apparent when Indra and Lincoln the husky go to Marcus' Muffin Factory for their daily muffin and Marcus is in hysterics. Someone has stolen the secret recipe for Marcus' muffins.
A domino effect follows. More and more secret recipes are being stolen from Arkadia. Where are they going? Who wants them? What do they plan to do with them?
It's up to undercover cop Clarke Griffin, bad cop Octavia, and detectives Reyes and Murphy to solve the Arkadia Scandal, before it's too late.
