Student council president, Akira, lives by a principle that goes: In life, you have to win in everything that you are doing. A competitive individual by nature, Akira won the student council election even when she is just a newbie in the Pierre Academy. Students adored her leadership qualities and determination to maintain the school grounds at peace and in order. She is more known to them as the Madam President.

These are the Pierre Academy's three core values. But what happens when the strict Madam President of the student council encounters Bas, the slacker son of their school director?
Despite of his lazy demeanor, Bas exhibits the academy's core values by maintaining high grades and even threatening Akira's position as a student council president.
