The End Is Coming?

"Rebecca what's wrong?" I see the look of worry in his eyes.

"Nothing, I'm fine." I respond looking at the ground.

Lying to him is bad enough but I can't look him in the eyes to do so.

That's one thing mom taught me before....

"Your lying to me." he said interrupting my train of thought.

As a tear falls down my face, I lay my head on his shoulder and we sit in silence listening and watching the walkers from the window.
