Ikada has all the five elements( no specific chakra nature) so she can, if she learns, perform any kinda of Jutsu. She has the spirit of a dragon inside of her( Draggoton- again I created the name lol) it's history and powers will be mentioned in the story and no she is not a jinchuriki.
