This is my first fanfict of Undertale.
In my opinion, I am sure that Chara was once a good person. So, hope you enjoy my work, it really means a lot to me.
In this fanfic, I will explain, why Chara has so much hatred to humans, and why he's so obcessed by erasing the world.

Determination ~ The Souls
The monster family are growing closer, and everything is starting to get better. Until it all seems to fall apart again. Chara's past is revealed and the monsters and Frisk have to try to help her through it, however it seems that the other two kids in the family might be in need of help too. This is the third book in the DETERMINATION series (probably the last). Please read the first book which is called Determination- An Undertale Fan-Fic and then the second book called Determination ~ Family before you read this as some things will not really make sense. I do NOT own Undertale but I do own this plot/story. Some of the characters are mine, I assume that you will know who is from the game and who is not. A long time ago, two races dominated the land: monsters and humans. The relationship between both races was conflictual, hostile, and difficult, as humans feared monsters, both for their appearances and for the great power they could possess by obtaining a human soul. Because of this, monsters were always treated as scum and creatures to be feared, creating a significant prejudice against them. However, one day, the monsters grew tired of this situation, and their king decided to start a war against all humans, thus decreeing the beginning of ruin for their own people. This war lasted a long time, but in the end, the victors were the humans, who, with great magical power derived from the souls of the wizards of the time, sealed the monsters underground. Many years passed after this event. Legends said that any human who fell into that underground would die, but a child decided to go to the place where everything had been sealed. They ended up falling but managed to survive the fall and now seek a way to escape or a reason to stay. Immense credits to Error Sannes, a YouTube channel creating its own AU of StoryFell. Without his narrative, I would have created something much more basic, so to speak. Of course, I will also create my own scenes and specific interactions, but what he has done is already very good and helps me a lot to have a direction.
