Lucinda Fall lived a normal life. She, along with her twin brother Michael, had always been protected by her parents, teachers, peers, etc. But when a freak car accident occurs, and she nearly loses her life, and weird things begin to take place, Lucy and Michael start to believe that their little world isn't so safe. On top of it all, Lucy meets a new boy at school and finds she's got more with him than she first assumes. But what happens when this new boy isn't all that he says he is, or all that he's letting on? And what happens when Lucy finds that she isn't all that she thinks she herself is?
