Grace was a eighteen year that thought running away from her problems was the best thing she could do but, little did she know it only cause her to get in more trouble. Grace get's caught up into some trouble that doesn't involve her but ends up only killing her. Her murder still remains unsloved by investigators which lead the case to grow cold. Ever since then she's been the dead girl haunting lover's lane. The place didn't remain abandoned but, filled with stupid teenagers trying to investigate the place with ghosts themselves. Her heart aches when she's sees the lovers of lover's lane committing romantic acts; well not always.

She witnessed the cruel side of lover's lane and the massive heartbreaks. She doesn't pay much mind to them but, there's one boy in specific that catches her eye. His name of is Leonardo, so far he's the only that manages to see her throughout her years haunting this place. Of course her sorrow of seeing him heart broken let's them devise a plan for Leonardo's future summer romances with the help of Grace.

Grace promises that this summer, Leonardo will leave not empty handed handed but, he'll leave with hand of the girl he desires. She doesn't realize that the girl he desires is her but, how could the living fall in love with the dead? She doesn't have a heart. She doesn't meet up with the qualities of any othe human being. She's just dead.
