All around the world people fractionalize to local 'territories'. Territory 14- based in Birmingham, England- is one of thirteen territories based around the world. Although all are different, both culturally and with the distribution of wealth, there is one thing they all have in common: they sure as hell don't trust each other. And, as people turn on each other Cindy and Adam realise that maybe the war they were fighting was not as clear cut as they previously thought. Coming across 14-year-old Juan, a Chinese operative from Territory 8, they realise that the other side are just the same as them. But, this realisation comes at a cost as they are rejected from their warehouse, which is in the centre of the territory's operations, and become the focus of a man hunt in the place they once felt safe.
On a mission to solve the mystery of Ralph's schemes and on the run in Territory 14 Cindy and Adam are in for a whole world of trials and tribulations- and the odds just keep stacking against them.
