In a not-so-distant future, Tokyo was strangely evacuated for unknown purposes, and has yet to be returned to. This has left Japan in a major drop in economics and overpopulation caused by those who used to live in Tokyo.
Though for the drug dealers, human traffickers, and humanity modifiers that occupy Japan, things haven't been bad at all. Tokyo has become a major trading site for most illegal services, even with all the 'keep out' signs and fences that surround Tokyo.
Whenever security started cracking down on these illegal purposes, making patrols durning the day through Tokyo and shooting on site. It is quickly discovered that security gets out before nightfall, giving the perfect chance for a drug run, thinks Jin, leader of an infamous biking gang: The Crimson Lotus.
Whenever a patrol squad is left stranded in Tokyo after transport fails from malfunctions, leaving the squad stranded till nightfall, they decide to spend the night in the neon filled streets in Tokyo, going to places they used to live and messing around.
However, these two groups will discover that they are just two sides of the same coin, thrown into a wishing well which they cannot return as they discover the reason Tokyo was evacuated for...

Suddenly, from the dark area of the building, there is a shadow with a sword showed up, then he saw a girl wearing japanese tradition outfit holding a samurai. She fights him with her prowess with her samurai, until she beats him, left collapsed. Simon wakes up, when surprisingly, he is at the mountains full of trees and with wood houses at the center. He was tied up at a tree, when samurai girl with group of ninja showed to him. She asked what is his purpose of coming in. At first, she is not willing to help as it will cause harm in her community, but later was convinced without apparent reason, to help him. She come up with a decision after she made a meditation for several days, calling her to help that man. They both went around the mountains, while along the road he finds her doing a meditation every day. One day, he accidentally touched her hand, but she gets mad, and said never to touch her again.
