Sharu is a 23 year old typical south Indian girl who is employed in  Jaguar textiles which one of the top 5 textile company in Tamil nadu. She lives with her mom and 2 sisters in a rented house in ashok nagar in chennai. Her father died 3 years ago.
Arjun on the other hand is the 25 year old son of Vijay. He lives his life by partying and going to clubs and spending time with his friends. His close friends are not so rich as him. They are local , normal people just like normal chennai citizens.
Vijay owns the Jaguar textiles. He is the current CEO. He is 50 years old. All us well until he gets his first mild heart attack. He is quite fond of Sharu. So he plans of making her his daughter-in-law. 
After a few conflicts Arjun and Sharu agree for the marriage. But little did Vijay and Sharu know what had Arjun planned.
Just a few minutes before Arjun and Sharu talk in private And sign an agreement. Will their marriage work? Will it be a permanent marriage?
