I walk through the cold winter air, every step I take the cool breeze sends a crisp chill down my spin. I shiver and smile. I love the cold, it means I can go home and snuggle up with a wonderful story by a cozy fire. I stand alone under a single street light, the bus was late. I look down at my wrist watch and yawn. 10:48. I look across the street from me and see a thin dark cat. It looks at me with bright green eyes, it stated at me for a long time and I stared back. I felt funny, I always love to block out the world and get the funny feeling. I was pulled back to attention when I heard the bus and its squeaky breaks pull up to the curb. I climb in and take a seat in the front. Finally I was at my front door. I yawn as a slowly unlock the door, carful to not be loud so I don't wake anyone. About 3 months ago I moved out of the small apartment I shared with my mom. Now I live with Mr. And Mrs. Dips. They are a sweet couple who invited me to live with them while I go to school, since they live about 4 blocks from the university, they invited me to stay with them, they had an extra room in their small house from when their son lived there. He lives in America now so the Dips tell me. I turn the key and I pushed the door open, I step in and pull my big black winter coat off and set it on the coat rack. As I begin to unwind the blood red scarf around my neck I heard small voices and a few chuckles. I hang up the scarf, and peak my head around the corner to see Mr. and Mrs. Dips on the sofa talking to what looked like a young man. Mrs. Dips looks up and smiles at me. She hopped up and walked over and gently grabs my arm. "Jamie dear, your home! I'm so glad. You must come in and meet our guest." "Hey, Mrs. Dips. Of course, I can't wait to meet him." I smile at her and turn towards the mysterious man who slowly rose off the couch. It seemed as though he would never stop rising up and up. Finally, he turned to face me, I felt my face get flushed. "Hello, I'm Nathan."

#2 in Horror. /02.23.16/ I hear footsteps approaching me, pacing faster and faster making me look back quickly. I see a man in a black fabric mask wearing all black clothing. I widen my eyes beginning to run in the snow making my feet heavy. "Help! Somebody help me!" I scream in a cry looking around to find nobody on sight. "Help!" I scream trying to run faster hoping somebody would hear my cries. My throat became sore from the cold quickly making it harder to breathe freely. "Help me! Somebody!" I hear the tall figure run behind me feeling a grip on my hair. My white ski hat fell into the ground covered in snow. The man groans pulling my hair towards him making me collapse. "No, stop!" I scream struggling from his grasp, punching and kicking aimlessly. "Shhh." The man whispers into my ear grabbing onto my wrists starting to cuff them. "No!" I scream twisting and turning trying to bite the man's arm. The man doesn't say much. The only thing I hear is his heavy breathing. He starts to shackle my ankles together as I lay a full blown kick into his face making him groan in pain holding onto his nose on top of the mask. "Help me, somebody!" I keep yelling as he kicks me in the stomach and takes out a clothed bag from his coat pocket putting it on my head covering my face. He ties it up from the back tightly making my neck feel pressured. "Please." I whimper. "You don't have to do this." I cry admitting defeat. "Night, night." He chuckles hitting me behind the head making me loss consciousness. WARNING: Will contain very disturbing content. This book is not for individuals who are sensitive to these topics.
