Paige was normal. She was good, no, she was great. Everyone looked toward her for guidance; that was until he walked into her life.
Ben was like a box. He kept the box under lock and key. Only certain things came out of the box. Not all of them good.
Zach and Paige have been best friends since they were little. Their parents knew each other, so they grew up together.
What happens when a two new kids join the two? What happens when Paige and Evan want to be more than friends? Will Ben tell Paige about his box, or what is in the box? But, being the person Paige is, of course she finds out about Ben's box.
Will Paige find out what is in the box? What happens if she can't control her curiosity? What happens when Paige finds out there is a key to Ben's locked box? Will she open it? Or, will she follow Ben's directions, and not release all of the demons he has locked inside?

Story was supposed to be entered into the Once Upon Now contest, but I missed the dead line. So instead I am going to be entering it into the Wattys 2016. The short story is based off of the myth Pandora's Box
