Since the 1st of January, the world is in shambles. Almost all life has been eradicated by nuclear bombs and radiation, except for a few individuals that survived the war in bunkers. Two of these people are the former Lieutenant Simon „Ghost" Riley and a young medical student, who end up in the same bunker near Manchester, together with a large group of other evacuated civilians. When this safe space's order collapses and a desperate fight for survival breaks out, the two of them meet by coincidence and form an alliance. Maybe together, they can survive the end of the world.

After being in the army for 6 years, (y/n) has built a reputation being known as the "demon", "D" for short, due to her reputation of torturing and killing her enemies, she was recruited by Captain Price in their last mission with the Urzikstan Liberation Force, noticing her skills.
