They had almost made it. We had watched as the planes dived from the clouds releasing hell on the building. We broke into a run as an ear piercing blast echoed through the building. We were blown forwards. Shattered glass all over. We were shocked back to our feet and run. The building was collapsing.Then a window the ground shifted, a fire ball erupted then we jumped and i landed. Ohh so close they just almost made it.

I Survived
It was like any other day, i was with my daughter, amelia. She was about to fall sleep. She was in so much peace. No worry in the world. Her green eyes were shining, from the light of the moon. They slowly closed, and she drifted off into her soft snoring. For a 3 year old, she sure knows how to mess with your heart. I felt so bad. Her father left. Well, my husband found somebody better i guess. We had her when i was 20, and he left when she was only 4 months old. What a life. LOCK DOORS, STAY AWAY FROM WINDOWS" i lay amelia in her bed, out of my lap. I lock the windows and the doors. When i came back, i missed whatever the alert was about...i should have waited. All I could hear was the frantic thrumming of my heartbeat against my chest. The alarm sirens were a light humming in the background.
