"Well heard that he tried to attack a woman because she rejected him and he was killed by an angry mob," Jenna says.
"That stupid. I heard that he tried to steal from a witch and she cursed him. Now he lives for eternity being hideous and lonely."
"Maybe he's actually beautiful. Like beauty and the beast!" I yell cheerfully.
All three girls laugh.
"Like anyone would think that ugly man could ever be beautiful," Emily scoffs.
"You never know," I reply lowly, feeling self conscious.
