Serene Robinson is a 15-year-old freshman who moved from Tokyo, Japan to Los Angeles, California after the death of her mother. She will live with a man who never knew she existed, his wife, and his 4 sons, Caleb, Joseph, Jonathan, and Charlie. She has strange feeling for Jonathan whom she dislikes. Jonathan Robinson is 16 and the bad boy. He drinks, is a man-whore, and hates Serene. He doesn't realize that the reason he hates Serene is that he loves her. What will happen to the two?
