"You're Lying to me, right? This is just one big lie." He responded, tears threatening to leave his eyes.
"I'm sorry." I whispered.
He just looked at me with sorrow with a hint of fury. His eyes moved away from me and towards his locker. He slammed it shut and stomped away. This is not how it's supposed to end. Not with him leaving.
I thought he'd understand, but he obviously didn't. A tear streamed down my face as I walked towards the exit of the school. This is what heartbreak feels like? A hundred bullets going toward your chest. I just hope they're happy now.
