Having witnessed the crime and corruption taking place in a city they've just arrived in, Syrena and her companion, Kale, decide that something needs to be done. They gather a band of people whose skills surpass the average human, then continue to catch criminals and solve mysteries gone unsolved by the most reputable of detectives. Two years later, New York City's death rate has plummeted. All thanks to Melody Rickards, daughter of the richest man in state, well-known for her talent in acting; Tristan Standley, son of a reputed businessman and powerful corporation owner, popular in high society for his gentleness and advanced knowledge in subjects of science; Alexander Harley, child of the State Education Board, famous for his contributions in the medical field and understanding of the mind and humanity; and Jayden Zinn, son of an international actress, rumored to be her legacy and respected for his cunning, intelligent mind. These four, brought together by Kale and Syrena, know nothing about their leaders, save for the fact that sparks fly between them. But just when things seem to be peaceful, a new case, very much different from the others, comes to the group, in the form of a letter. A string of gruesome murders, all occurring near a particular household, perk the interest of both Kale and Syrena. Mystery shrouds the mansion's master, who seems to only be worrying for the lives of his grandchildren. The four become enthusiastic in immersing themselves in this case, for if they manage to crack it, the question of who Syrena and Kale really are, might also be solved in the end.
