Hurstendale

Adalynn Payne has lived in Irsuting for her entire life, but poverty has stricken the town with grief and misery as of late, and there is nothing anyone can do about it. When her brother Julius proposes that they depart to a neighboring town called Hurstendale, Adalynn is shocked at first and refuses to accompany him. When she finally gives in, however, she finds that he is leading them to more than just a job. She uncovers secrets of her past that she never dreamed existed, and there's a mysterious boy who she just can't get out of her head...Will she ever return to Irsuting and live a normal life, or has Hurstendale corrupted her forever?
