Elizabeth (Liz) was an ordinary girl, not super popular but not nerdy and unpopular. Her life was great. But that changed when her mother died.
Her father would come home almost every night, drunk. He would beat her and blame her for his wife's death. Liz didn't belive it at first but she started blaming herself for it too.
She began cutting herself, to get away. Cutting is the only way to escape the pain, it makes her feel different, It's not like she enjoys the pain, she enjoys the feeling it brings.
She thought it was the only way to escape. That was untill she found Ky. The love of her life. He made her feel so alive. He took all the pain away. Liz never told Ky about her past and the abuse, except for her mothers death.
The abuse would get worse and worse and Liz started to become silent. She knew if she talked she would get beaten. So she didn't at all. Ky would worry about her. He ignored it for a while but he noticed Liz was getting very skinny. Not in a good way, a bad way. Soon Liz was so silent and skinny that Ky worried so much he confronted her about it and she finally told him about expirience with abuse. He was so shocked to hear this. He didnt believe it but Liz showed him the bruises and marks from the abuse.
