fleur was a pure blood lived her life pretty much invisible to everyone in her year. she spoke to most and was known for her kindness, considering she was a Slytherin. however she had a secret that her parents wanted to hide but she knew that she wouldn't be able to hide it from the world any longer. as much as her parents cared for her they were well-known deatheaters, they knew soon enough what she would have to do but hoped that day would never come. (disclaimer she does meet Draco in one of the most unusual situations and their story grows along the way)

The war has ended and the Golden Trio has come back to Hogwarts to complete there 7th year, since they missed it while finding Horcruxes in their battle against the Dark Lord.
