It's been 5 years since the Giant War. Will and Nico are happily engaged. They think nothing can ruin the happiness, until Dumbledore requests for Will to teach a new subject at Hogwarts. How will Nico and Will cope once they find out their wedding has been delayed a year? And what's with the Golden Trio trying to figure out the new Professor? And why is their a pissy pink toad involved?
Takes place is 5th year. Contains Solangelo, Percabeth, Jasper, and Leo yelling, "FLAME ON!", with Calypso shaking her head.
Rated T for now. May change, it depends if I decide to add some smut or not.
The main ship in this story is between two males. If you don't like, don't read.

Okay, so I'd just like to say that this is not well written whatsoever lol. All the grammar is correct, and there's some decent description, but it all feels very rushed if I'm honest. I tried to cram too many ideas in and yeah, it made.. whatever this is. Uh, I have some one-shots on my profile which might be better to read?... If you don't mind a fic being rushed this is probably great for you, lol, but the plot line is very higgledy piggeldy. Um, enjoy? Percy X Apollo Percy Jackson is tired. Of everything. He and Annabeth broke up after the fall into Tartarus, neither being able to look at the other the same way. Sure, they stayed friends, but that doesn't make Percy feel any better about it. Some of the gods are concerned, but Zeus is forbidding them from checking in on him, intent on leaving demigods alone despite all they've done for the Olympians. Apollo, however, is ignoring this order. He cares a little too much about Percy to watch him suffer in silence. But when a new threat arises, how will the Olympians handle it? How will the demigods handle it? This is very all over the place, but I think it turned out well in the end. (This is future me in brackets, btw, it did not turn out well lmao). In this story, Nico is overprotective of Percy (still solangelo though) as a best friend. He's forgiven Percy for the whole ordeal about Bianca and now they're pretty close, both confiding in each other about things they never thought they'd tell a soul. The ships are: Pipabeth - Piper + Annabeth Chrisse - Clarisse + Chris Solangelo - Nico + Will Valgrace (platonic) - Jason + Leo because I despise Caleo sorry lmao Perpollo - Percy + Apollo I do not own any of these characters, all rights are to Rick Riordan other than the storyline/plot. Light in the Shadow - Book 1 This story follows Will and Nico right after the end of BoO. I have read a lot Solangelo stories all of them are good, but, none that have really gone the way that I have imagined so i decided to write my own. BTW, I have never written anything before. So, i apologize in advance if i make any mistakes. The characters in the story are of course entirely owned by Rick Riordan without which we would not be here reading this today.
