Life behind Claire's eyes is unfair, almost torture. Her life is based on one thing: Gymnastics. There's no turning around or bailing out. It's terrifying for her because she is also suffering from a heart disease, and she could collapse any minute. When she gets accepted into The USA Gymnastics Academy, her goal is to qualify for the Olympics, but she's not sure if she really wants to, or if its actually her mother who wants her to.
Claire is left in the middle of her decision when she meets Robert, Robert Blake. He shows her how to have fun, and how to live like a teenager is supposed to live. She realizes that he is all she thinks about. But her disease comes in the way of their relationship, and she might never see Robert again.
