One of the finest detectives in New York - Addison Sawyer had just lost her work partner and best friend. Temporarily she is partnered with one of Scotland Yard's best- Sam Browning. They stumble on to the murder of a young woman. Sam,Addison with the rest of their squad give it their best shot at bringing the killer to light. At one point Sam and Addison finds themselves putting their jobs and potentially their lives on the line when the rest of the squad steps back in their fight for justice for the victim.
