"And why did she fall in love with the devil? Isn't he really mean?" The little girl sitting on the floor in front of him interrupted. Her big green eyes glancing up to him.
"Because she always saw the good in everyone." He replied.
"And what happens then?" She asks and turns her little head a little bit to the side.
"Well Kelly, that's the Story I'm about to tell. Are you ready?"

She beamed at him, saying that they would be great friends. She seized his hand and began tugging him toward the woods behind the cottage, shouting to Ivy and his mother, "We won't go far!
