A sixteen year old girl by the name of Valkyrie Cain, and a five hundred year old skeleton called Skulduggery Pleasant. Both are reaped to participate in the Hunger Games. Can this be chance, or is someone working against them?
This story is set years after the last Hunger Games book, Mockingjay, and a distant grandson of president snow, President Titus, has regained power over the districts. He has changed everything back to the way it was before the uprising, but some things are out of his control.
