Libya Dane lives in a world where everyone and everything must be perfect. If not, most people think that Fair, the planet Libya lives on, will crash and burn in a fiery demise. Libya threatens this perfect society, along with a group called the Abnormal Ones. She grows up an orphan, but only to find that both of her parents are alive, and one of them is responsible for her partially missing arm. Her mother is part of the Abnormal Ones, and her father is just the opposite. Libya must fight for her beliefs, life, and friends. Will she survive the fight against society, or will the Abnormal Ones be defeated?
