In a world of ups and downs how can someone stay beautiful?

Brooke is very privileged but just like every other human, life isn't perfect. She knows what she has and takes none of it for granted but she can't help but also see how much she's missing. She hasn't been in a committed relationship since 3rd grade and her parents sometimes aren't home for months at a time. She works hard and has a great friend group. So what happens when a boy she thought she'd be hating brightens her world so much more then she could've imagined and what happens when things take a darker turn?
