Yo has never been treated as a human so he has no idea how to act or feel like one. Maddie starts her second year in high school and shes super stoked! All the kids in her class considers her to be the most prettiest girl in school that the boys drool over, but also the strangest that she hardly has any friends. Despite of being the center of attention at school she wishes to be normal girl because her memories of being a testing experiment in H.M.E as a little girl still taunts her and she's good at everything because of the special abilities they gave her which she thinks isn't fair. No matter how much she wants to forget her past she can't because she does not want to forget the first boy she ever loved who was also a testing experiment with her who she called "Yo-kun " She's haven't seen him in 7 years and wonders if he's even alive or if she will ever see him again. A new kid arrives at school and all the kids fear him as he looks like he can be the son of Satan. Maddie is curious about the boy who looks fearsome to everyone and with cold aura around him and she realizes its her first love " Yo-kun"!

The zombie apocalypse started in April. Hannah couldn't fathom how she was able to remember something so irrelevant, although when she has over a year of isolation from any other living human being it's startling as to how much detail and information one person can manage to reminisce. Even though her state has been secured off, some people whom are infected somehow seem to sneak in and rise havoc. The infected are no longer considered humane, they crave flesh and have all taken an animalistic side, resorting to eating and devouring anything with a heart beat. No compassion, no empathy. No remembrances of their past life. When Francesca's state is found to no longer be secure, she finds her and her family, far past the "safe" borders to which the President has proclaimed. What dangerous fate will Francesca be tossed into?
