I Will Never Speak of the Barn on Fire

Charlie Blackwell hasn't spoken, laughed, smiled, or shown her face for eleven years. Some mistake her for goth because she wears black everyday to school. She wears ripped leather gloves that don't cover her fingers with chains hanging from them. Same goes for her jeans minus the leather. She also wears black combat boots. She wears black because how she feels.

Charlie Blackwell has two brothers. One is her super cute, super genius four year old brother. The other is her super hot, Captain of the football team, popular twin brother.

Charlie's aunt Shay wants to take Charlie away from her parents because she says that her parent aren't giving her the proper treatment, and that's why Charlie doesn't talk. You see Charlie has PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Charlie jumps away when her aunt touches her. Flinches when her aunt speaks. She runs to her room when her aunt comes to visit. Then again she does the with anybody whether she's known the all her life or just a couple minutes.

Charlie was in an accident when she was four. Her grandmother owned a farm. The barn caught on fire with Charlie and her grandmother inside. Charlie was hit with a Beamer In the stomach. She miraculously climbed out, but had to go to the hospital and get surgery. If she is hit in the stomach she could have a relapse that could kill her. Ever since the fire Charlie has had a deathly fear of fire.
