But alas when a bubbly outgoing girl Piper and her shy step brother, Carson, befriend her in her time of denial, Rosie can't help but throw herself into a fun filled summer of parties, moonlit picnics, friendship, first love ,and of course, heartache. Rosie must balance the new memories and feelings with her past in order to find herself and draw closer to those she loves.
