The happy life of Dan Morder changes forever when an alien invasion results in the death of his family. Through a string of fortunate coincidences he finds himself with the means to strike back hard at the extra-terrestials. I have left it up and running because I myself always felt devastated when authors took down a story I was reading (I don't hate them for it, wanting that dreadful first edit gone from the world is completely understandable).
