The Covine

In a world controlled by mysterious people called the Covine, life is tough for the people in Ash's community. After a suspicious girl named Iz revolts against the Covine when Ash happens to be in line for a train departure, she grabs his hand and they escape. Not knowing what to expect, Ash has no choice but to follow her on a journey to get away from the Covine and to have a better life. Iz may be tenatious, and dangerous at times, but Ash has no other option, and Iz happens to know the route through the old canals, so Ash doesn't have a choice but to tag along.
