Col. William Tavington is the famed Dragoon officer that earned the name 'The Butcher' in North Carolina in the Revolutionary War. He died in The Battle of Cowpens.... Or did he? Elizabeth Bradford is a young scientist that lives in present day Oklahoma. Her life, as well as what she believes is impossible, is changed forever when the colonel falls into her lap.

I've quite recently discovered one of Jason Isaac's best roles, and while reading Patriot fanfiction, I've thought up a not-so-creative plot bunny. What if, instead of the female OC being brought back into Tavington's time, Tavington is brought forward in time to the present day? I know It's been done before, but not nearly enough for me. Also, this is my first fanfic, so I'm open to (constructive!) Criticism and suggestions about what kind of events to put in the story.

Charlotte finds herself falling from the sky after being attacked, she discovers a small town in Maine called Derry, but she doesn't plan to stay long. Beyond her knowledge, an entity more powerful than herself has the strange city under it's spell. Beyond her control, she falls once again, but for the creature that lurks in the sewers. Once her enemies catch up to her, Charlotte will have to fight for her life. But how will Pennywise respond to these invaders lurking around his territory? Trying to harm and control HIS girl? Please keep in mind, this story is NOT an X Reader! This story takes place in my own universe, not Stephen King's fyi. (It still has Pennywise in it and all that good stuff, just not the extra stuff) This is so I can keep this story going strong, as my universe is full of immortal creatures such as angels/demons/etc, even my own made up species of immortals. The addition of these entities make the story more exciting as I create interesting, exciting scenarios for the main character to have to overcome. ***This story contains SPOILERS for It: Chapter 2! 57 parts Complete Mature

Despite the unshakable attraction between them, Maeve and Lucian are uninterested in love and marriage; especially since they hate one another and couldn't think of a worse match. • • • London, 1815 Maeve Langston's aversion to the opposite sex has given her the reputation of being an insufferable wench, so men have learned to stay away from her. Lucian Thorne, Baron Worthington, has become somewhat of a cynical hermit since his return from the Napoleonic wars, injured and disgruntled. When the two meet, they rapidly learn to despise each other. She appears to be a narcissistic brat, and he keeps acting like a pompous arse. Lucian wants nothing more than to stay away from Maeve, but his best friend has his eyes set on her for marriage. He has no choice but to show him the dreadful harpy that lies beneath the lovely facade. However, the more time they spend in each other's presence, the clearer it becomes that first impressions can be wrong. Between their unexpected similarities and the sparks that fly every time they meet, what started as hatred slowly shifts into something different. Something both of them will find much more dangerous. • • • This is the second installment of the Langston Series. Although I advise you to read the first one first (The Prince and the Spitfire), it can be read as a standalone.
