Monday Mourners

After 13 year boy named Cleo Sagik's parents die, He soon inherits a book full of spells in Witch Craft. The book has a page that reads 'When a boy is born on All Hallows Eve, he will inherit the wings of an angel, the singing voice of a siren, the ability to do any spell power or not of a witch, the fangs of a vampire, the ability inhuman strength of a werewolf, the ability to transform into a neko plus inhuman speed, the swimming speed of a mermaid ,white hair that can change color, silver eyes that change color depending on mood, and ring and locket that are encrested with every jewel and birthstone known to man. Oh and did I mention he's also suicidal.

(I am aware that I already have a character named Cleo, but he is my main character.)
