A common thought amongst the Greasers who live in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1965 is that all Soc's have it made. But what if that wasn't the case for every Soc? What if sometimes a persons behavior only exists to protect those that they care about. Join Alexis, or Alex, Parks on her journey as she deals with a drunk abusive Soc brother, parents who don't pay attention to her, and the need to act as if she doesn't care about her true friends. While Alex learns to stand up for what she believes in, protecting her friends can lead to a dangerous outcome for her. Follow Alex's tale of friendship, finding the meaning of family, and maybe even a bit of love.

This story needs to undergo some extensive editing as it was my first story written on here. However I haven't got the time to edit it at the moment. So please don't judge me for the horrible spelling mistakes, completely unreal incidents and clichés of the Outsiders. Katerina Williams is 18. She moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma when she was 12. She soon found out about the social division between the Socs and the Greasers. Katerina chose the Greasers and soon became great friends with a bunch of guys.
