Ever since Elizabeth was little, her and Raikou played all the time whenever her parents worked or were busy which was most the time but they always had time for Elizabeth when the days came and yet, Elizabeth was never lonely cause of Raikou who she can't thank enough for also taking care of her. Raikou always makes sure to take good care of Elizabeth and make sure she's safe and sound from any harm. Ash and the others have these rivals called Team Rocket who surprisingly, Elizabeth has never met before. She always wonders who they are and what they look like and being the curious girl she is, she kinda wants to meet them for herself even though her friends say they're bad and think she's crazy for that.
