The Doctor finds himself roaming around space and time, like usual, until the TARDIS takes him to the Underground. Once there, the Doctor finds out about the living conditions that all monsters are going through along with what the humans have done for them. When the Doctor first meets the Royal Scientist, all hell breaks loose. The Doctor just wants to help them, but they have a different agenda.

They spent so much time going through reset after reset that now they are growing tired of it. However, little do they know that their next timeline will be one of the most interesting they've ever had. When Frisk resets after an incomplete genocide, it captures the attention of a certain alien Timelord called The Doctor. He has to travel between dimensions to investigate this strange anomaly, but ends up with an adventure much more strange than he had initially anticipated. This timeline is breaking. Gaster and Papyrus had no idea what kind of illness Sans has, but they decided to take care of him no matter what, hoping that the sickness will soon gone either because of the medicines Gaster gave him, or disappears itself.
