Thousands of years ago a great empire span across the the globe with a tentative peace among it's people. The ruling Imperial City was filled with peaceful people different from the rest on the planet with either their telepathic and psionic abilities. A young, Powerful Emperor, was able to keep peace through his gift of both his telepathic and psionic abilities. As well as using the Imperial City's advanced technology.

Like much of modern human history, the other nations under the protection of the Imperial City and its people wanted more. With the Emperor unwilling to share technology knowing the danger it can cause to the rest of humanity, he rejected their requests. A coalition was formed of former protectorate nations. They attempted to take the Imperial City by force but brought destruction to the entire planet. The great city and It's people saved themselves through their advanced technology and psychic abilities by putting themselves into a form of stasis. There they slept for nearly 20,000 years.

Until a statue was found at the bottom of the ocean. It was made of a mineral no one had ever seen and had advanced precision in the craftsmanship. What will happen if the Imperial city is found? What will happen when a ancient mating bond is formed with the Most Powerful Emperor the planet has ever known and a country guy who only's life goals are to work and to find the perfect girl to bring home to the parents? Will love prevail or will their love be the end of both the lost Imperial City and the modern world of man?
