When I was two, my parents divorced because my mom discovered she liked woman instead of men. I went with my mom after they separated.

When I was three, my mom left her family because they didn't support her choice. She took me with her because she believed they wouldn't raise me, right.

When I was five, she started dating my future step-mom. My future step-mom was kind, thoughtful and wise. I really liked her and I can tell my mom does, too but in a different way.

When I was nine, they registered as family. I couldn't be more happy for them because I love them, both. They deserve to be happy.

However, when I was ten, the plane, that they rode for their first year anniversary, crashed into the sea with no survivors.
