One day you have completely nothing. Still in that abusive relationship and when he's to controlling to trust you to go to your studio to paint. You just shatter. You crumple. I started to believe that maybe I was to ugly, that I was thankful that he loved me and that if we ever got married that I would be lucky. Maybe he's right?   


After a night where he took it to far I just ran. I couldn't take it. I didn't bring anything. I took off. I found myself completely lost, god knows where in some stupid woody area in my bare feet. Clothes torn and my face still bloody.

I got more and more annoyed as he drove up, parked and unmounted his bike. He pulled off his helmet and shook his head, noticing me there staring at him. We just stared at each other, neither moving, neither speaking. He started to make his way up his driveway, not even bothering with a greeting, so I called out to him. "Hey! Where've you been?" "Out?" I repeated, getting refueled with annoyance. "That's it? You've been missing all day and all you have to say is you were out?" "Fuck, dude, what are you, my mom? I was out!
