Have you ever heard of the Flash or Kid Flash. This story takes place in Barry Allen's timeline but is centered around a young middle school girl who gets super speed abilities. Central Cities next generation is similar to the one before so watch out Metahumans.
P.S. This story is also a bit of fanfiction. Some of the characters are based off of Dc's characters from both the comics and the show The Flash.
