"I need you," he whispered, "you wouldn't even believe how important you are to me." His head rested in the crease of my neck and shoulder. I didn't understand. 

"Just tell me," I say no louder than a whisper. I feel his tears through my shirt. He's never been so vulnerable.

"Please don't leave me," he chokes out and his voice cracks. This was breaking me. It hurt, it hurt a lot. I wrapped my arms around him. He started to sob. His tears seeped through my shirt and I didn't care. That's when my skin starts the tingle and my heart starts to race. 

'Mate,' Hazel shouts at me.
