I remember when I was 3 I was playing with my stuff animals when I heard voices coming from the front room. I left my playroom with my stuffies in my arms and that's when I saw blood on the floor and the walls, "but that was 13 years ago" I am now 16 years old. and I now would be living in Japan for awhile to distract myself with things but that didn't work well. as I went on a walk one night to calm my nerves down, I ended up passing out from lack of sleep. when I woke up I wasn't in my home I was somewhere else...

*NOTE* This story is mainly about me and my friends so I'm sorry to any of you who don't know me and are confused. Also it's REALLY bad since I wrote it years ago. Please don't judge my account solely on this book. Eight friends, all completely normal, have their lives turned upside down when they go on a camping trip together. Catapulted into a place they never even knew existed, they must battle for their lives against something ancient. Deadly. Life will never be the same again.

A kid wakes up on Earth 100 years after a great magical calamity nearly obliterates humanity. He sees all structures replaced by magical beings who previously hid behind humanity's very eyes. How does this affect him? He wouldn't know. He's forgotten everything.

I close my eyes. I'm not going to die. I'm not going to die. Suddenly, I feel my stomach drop and my head start to spin. I try to scream, but nothing comes out. I try to breathe, but my mouth is dry. The sickening feeling continues for about a minute, then it stops. I open my eyes; I'm not dead... Yet.

Imagine awakening with amnesia. Most would lose their mind and our amnesiac is no different. Though he handles it better than most, his curiosity slowly pulls him into a magical adventure filled with danger, death and sometimes loss on an unimaginable scale all in order to regain what he's lost. I watched closely as the blue eyes crept closer. They started to multiply as well as they started racing after me. I sprinted, my footsteps made no noise while they twitched and darted after me. I have never felt so close and yet so far away from anything before. I could hear people yelling, they noticed I was gone. I have been locked up for so long I forgot what the forest felt like. Full of life and green. By the time someone notices they are heading the wrong way, it will be too late. My plan was to escape, run south for a bit, then circle back to my prison. As soon as they followed the scent south, I would run north. I could hear a river north, so I would run to the river then wade up stream so the scent would be lost. Find somewhere safe to cross, then take off, continuing north. My heart is pounding so hard I am afraid my captures could hear it and ruin the whole plan.
