Whilst fighting in the Battle of Hogwarts, Hermione and Ron had started dating. Then... They received a letter to return and re-do their last year but Harry and Ron decided to do their training to become aurors leaving Hermione to return to Hogwarts alone where she bumps in to the one and only Draco Malfoy.
Finding out she had to share a common room with him was Hermione's worst nightmare but he seemed different somehow and she starts to develop a friendship with him.
