Home Sweet Home (Camila/You)

Y/N's had a rough life being tossed from foster home to foster home, in and out of juvy while still trying to take care of his little sister. One family take him and his sister in but obstacles stand in the way of him getting his forever family.

Based on The Fosters. All credits of the plot line goes to the writers and creators of the show. I am in no way copying, only lightly using the storyline but with different characters.
