Perrie is not in Little Mix anymore do to being happily married and a mother. Zayn is still is still in One Direction so he's not home much, but what happens when Perrie's pregnancy goes wrong and she has to choose wether she keeps her healthy life and stays with only having one child and her lovely husband or have the healthy baby boy delivered and hope Perrrie makes it out of the hospital alive.
