In her own world filled with drugs and alcohol, Karina Vargas can't seem to face reality and the everyday struggles that come with it. After her father's passing Karina's addiction is slowly spiraling out of control and the love of her life John is extremely worried about it. Karina continues to make stupid mistakes and disappoint those who care about her, until she finally comes to the realization that if she doesn't get her addiction and relationships in check soon things could end up even worse for her.
