There is a new girl in Bethel who goes by he name of Makala Spencer. She is just out of college and looking to get a job at Bond Enterprize, a company that provides security and defense for the town. Makala wants to help fix the town so the classes arent as separated and the lower class run by the mob. She gets involved with a masked vigilante known as the Condor, as well as the founder of the Bond Enterprise's son Alex.

Then as if answering her thoughts she is out of that life and put into one with one window a wooden chair ropes and a door. Sealed confinement. She worshiped her dad and knew he was coming to find her, because he wouldn't let anything happen to her. They had a bond ever since they lost the one they loved.
